SoGoPro Podcasts
The Southern Gothic Productions Podcasts allows an excusive listen to the ground-up building and growth of an independent production company based in Wilmington, NC. Co- owned by actresses Hilarie Burton, producer Kelly Tenney, and writter Nicholas Gray- the trio inspire to enrich the film industry in the Wilmington area. Cueing from their unigue bussiness plan, the podcast is a further outlet for sharing their step-by-step with fans and fellow filmmakers alike. Follow the team as they as they relate their journey and passion for making movies, all the way from financing to the final edit. Interviews with principal members of the company, as well as cast and crew of upcoming projects including the feature Pedestrian, will be the cornerstone of this illuminating and distinct podcast.

Pedestrian (the movie)
Hellow everyone,
Pedestrian is written by Nicholas Gray. Starring Austin Nichols as Lincoln Booth.
"To be a New Yorker is to be a Pedestrian. You're not committed to anything more. You're not expected to make connections. The only expectation is to be in motion."
Production Dates: Pre production - 4 weeks
Production - 27 days
Post production - 12 weeks
Lincoln Booth is a successful rags-to-riches photographer.
He has a vision of a truly gifted artist.
He is young and handsome.
He is good with wemen.
He has a lump.
Confronted with mortality, and the realization that his world in New York is far from supportive, Linclon decides to return home to North Carolina so he can reconcile a life he left at 15 years old.
But, does he really have the nerve to go back?
Lincoln finds courage, and even better, a beautiful distraction, in the form of Mona Mills; a designer-label, Pedicap driving, human anti-depressant. Mona, the embodiment of his over-active imagination, is in turn drawn to the mystery of Lincoln, and the challenge of cracking him self imposed isolation.
After a few chance encounters, and an undeniable spark, Lincoln invites Mona on a road trip to North Carolina; an invitarion she readily accepts,although naive to the excursions real motivation.
Their journey down the east coast is puntuated with colorful characters, shared vulnerability, and the hope of new possibities. That is, until the true purpose of the trip surfaces.
Feeling used and discouraged. Mona heads back to New York. Forcing Lincoln to face his weaknesses alone, and remedy the choices he's made; past and present.
Can he reestablish the family ties that were severed years ago? Will he find a way to get Mona back? Most importantly, does Lincoln have the strength to let down his guard and overcome his fears of love and reliance?
Touching and revant, PEDESTRIAN reminds us that we all have what it takes to be more than just a nameless face in the crowd.
